There is a commercial-grade Vulcan oven and range with six burners and a wide variety of cookware:

1. Calphalon stainless steel pots and pans
2. A wide variety of cast iron frying pans
3. A cast iron wok
4. A fish steamer

Bakeware is also available – cookie sheets, cake pans and cupcake pans.

A commercial orange juicer, as well as a Cuisinart food processor and blender, and a four slice toaster are also available. 

There are coffee makers of all kinds and a KitchenAid coffee and spice grinder. 

A reverse osmosis system ensures that the water is free from impurities so that it can be served chilled from stoppered bottles as flat and/or sparkling water.
