Living Room and Dining Room
The living and dining rooms comprise a great room surrounded by louvered windows and French doors that open onto the veranda and allow for the passage of sea breezes that Classic Hunter Fans and large standing floor fans enhance.
The vaulted living room ceiling provides great acoustical enhancement for the entertainment system.
The Veranda
A 50’ veranda faces directly onto Long Bay and the Caribbean Sea. A teak dining table expands to seat 12, and a separate card table can seat an additional four guests.
At the opposite end of the dining area is a seating area with a couch and two lounge chairs where an ice chest and bar are conveniently placed.
The largest of the two beaches is just steps off the veranda.
Kitchen
Our kitchen is well-equipped for our staff to prepare traditional Jamaican fare, which has always been appreciated by our guests. You are welcome anytime to share your cooking skills and new recipes, especially Vegan, Kosher, and Halal.
Master Bedrooms
The Seaside Master bedroom opens directly onto the 50-foot veranda and has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and a door opening to a shared outdoor shower for rinsing off after coming from the beach. It has a full-size four poster bed and an antique wardrobe and dresser.
The Gardenside master bedroom also has its own bathroom with access to the outdoor shower. It also has a full-size four poster bed, wardrobe, dresser and dressing table. The rooms are joined and can be set up to accommodate a crib and/or a playpen.
Upstairs En Suite
Kingsize bed
The largest partition has a king-sized bed and a private entrance down a staircase leading to the lawn and beach.
The upstairs bedrooms are en suite that share a bathroom overlooking the sea. The bathroom has recently been remodeled and features a walk-in shower.
The alcove in the center section has a twin bed under a gable facing the yard and opposite the bathroom and a staircase leading down to the dining room and living area below.
A third bedroom/partition has two twin beds overlooking the tennis court and Seven-Mile Beach.
Cottage
The cottage is immediately adjacent to the main house and serves as a 5th bedroom with its own bathroom that has a sunken shower and patio that faces the beach. It has a Queen-size bed, wardrobe, writing desk and hotel safe.
Staff
Hotel Safes
Each of the two master bedrooms and cottage has its own safe. There is a large safe for the en suite bedrooms upstairs with lock bags and boxes upon request. There is also a large safe in the entertainment cabinet in the dining room.
