Weddings / Reception menu

Wedding reception menu

Jamaican favourites and international classics, cooked right here on the estate by a local chef and their kitchen team, with the bar run by us. Choose a style of service, pick your dishes, and we’ll build the menu and quote around your day.

How it works

Your menu, cooked on the estate

Nothing is shipped in from a hotel kitchen. The chef’s team sets up here and cooks for your guests on the day, so the food comes out hot and the jerk comes straight off the grill.
